I´m originally from México City, México, where I worked as a designer. In the past years I’ve focused on food communication and food development projects, based on my design and culinary background. Currently, I’m finishing the master of Food Culture & Communications: Food, Place & Identity at the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche in Italy.
